Room keys
Your room key also closes the main entrance door of the house. When you return home in the evening, we ask you to lock the main entrance door from the inside with the door knob.

Drinks and Snacks
In the foyer of the villa, next to the entrance to the breakfast room, there is a refrigerator with drinks and snacks for our guests. Please note the goods that have been removed on the slips of paper provided. You will then be billed when you leave. As a guest in the half-timbered house, you also have access to the foyer of the villa with your room key.
Restaurants and bars
As a Garni Hotel, we do not have our own restaurant. However, there are numerous restaurants and bars just a few minutes’ walk away in the old town of Wernigerode. You can find a selection here.
Parking
If you have come by car or motorcycle, please use the hotel’s marked parking boxes. There is a parking lot directly in front of the house entrance of Villa Frühling. There are additional parking spaces below and to the right of the Kammerboten half-timbered house and along the path between the two houses of the hotel.

Fire alarm
Fire alarms are installed in all rooms and throughout the house. Should a fire alarm go off, please leave the building immediately and call one of the two emergency numbers. Please wait for the emergency services in the parking lot. Smoking and naked lights / fires are not permitted in the entire hotel.
