Check in is from 2pm – 5pm and check out until 11am. If you arrive before 2pm, you can park your car in the hotel parking lot.
Yes. If you arrive later than 5p.m, you will receive a message from us via SMS or email with a code for our key box. Also we`ll send you all important informations around your self check in this message.

Ja. Die Nutzung des Hotelparkplatzes kostet 5 € pro Tag und PKW.
Ihren Stellplatz können Sie bei der Zimmerbuchung bei Bedarf gleich dazubuchen.
Ja. Haustiere sind bei uns willkommen. Wir berechnen eine Reinigungspauschale für Hunde von 12 € pro Tag. Ab der dritten Übernachtung sind Haustiere kostenfrei.
Das Schlossberg Hotel hat keinen Restaurantbetrieb.

Das Frühstück ist in allen Zimmerpreisen auf unserer Homepage enthalten.
Unser reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet bieten wir Ihnen wochentags von 8:00-10:30 Uhr und am Wochenende von 8:00-11:00 Uhr an.
Bei schönem Wetter können Sie auch gern auf unserer Terrasse frühstücken.
Nein. Aufgrund des Denkmalstatus ist kein Aufzug vorhanden. Die Villa und das Fachwerkhaus verfügen über einige Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Unseren Frühstücksraum finden Sie im Erdgeschoss der Villa. Falls verfügbar reservieren wir Ihnen auf Anfrage gern ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss.
Bis 3 Tage vor Ihrer Anreise können Sie völlig kostenfrei stornieren. Bei späterer Stornierung berechnen wir 80% des Gesamtpreises.
Ausgenommen hiervon ist die nicht kostenlos stornierbare Rate Fest Buchen und Sparen.
