History of the Villa
Our hotel has 17 double rooms in three room categories: comfort, superior and suites. Ten rooms are located in the Villa Frühling and seven in the Kammerboten half-timbered house.

You can check in from 2:00 PM. Check-out is possible until 11:00 AM on your day of departure. If you arrive before 2:00 PM, you are welcome to leave your car in our car park.
Yes. Our reception is open daily until 5:00 PM for personal check-in. A later arrival is still possible at any time.
If you arrive after 5:00 PM, we will send you a code for our key box by SMS or email. You will receive all the information you need for self check-in in our message.
To ensure we can reach you, please provide a valid mobile number and/or email address when making your booking.
Yes. The use of the hotel car park costs €5 per day per vehicle.
You can add a parking space to your room booking when making your reservation.
Yes, pets are welcome. We charge a cleaning fee for dogs of €12 per day. From the third night onwards, pets stay free of charge.
The Schlossberg Hotel does not have its own restaurant.
However, you can reach numerous restaurants, cafés and bars within a few minutes’ walk in the old town of Wernigerode. We have put together some recommendations for you here.
Breakfast is included in all room rates on our website.
We serve our generous breakfast buffet on weekdays from 7:30–10:00 AM and on weekends from 7:30–10:30 AM.
When the weather is nice, you are also welcome to have breakfast on our terrace.
No. Due to the listed building status, there is no lift. Both the villa and the half-timbered house have some rooms on the ground floor. Our breakfast room is located on the ground floor of the villa. Subject to availability, we are happy to reserve a ground floor room for you on request.
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival. For later cancellations, we charge 80% of the total price.
Excluded from this is the non-refundable rate Book Now and Save.
